I am wondering about lenses made for smaller-sensor bodies. If you had a crop sensor camera with a 35mm DX lens on it, would the field of view and image be the same as a full-frame body with a 35mm FX lens on it?

Does the rule about shutter speed being at least equal to focal length still apply when using a crop-sensor body? For example: a 24-70mm lens on crop body with the lens at 70mm: do I need to think 112mm?
